Holistic Group was founded by Caroline Anuh-Ndumu. Holistic Group, Inc. is a compassionate provider of services in assistance to individuals with mental and/or developmental disabilities located in Omaha, NE. We understand the struggles that these individuals face, and we do our best to help ease their difficulties through consistent assistance and care.

Jenn has always had a passion for helping others and has done so for the last 10 years in both AD and DD services. While in school Jenn worked in home health care and Hospice before graduating with her bachelor’s degree in social services. Jenn has had many roles in the DD field, from working in Direct support in continuous residential and supported families, then becoming coordinator over shared living services. Jenn has been with HGI as the Director for over 2 years now. In Jenn’s free time, she enjoys overlanding with her husband, spending time at the lake or river, and enjoying her two dogs Ryker and Mykkia.
Jenny’s passion for supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities began as a teenager when she was a volunteer camp counselor at Camp Easter Seals. Jenny went on to work as a DSP and in other administrative roles over the span of 12 years and now has worked as the HR coordinator for Holistic for almost 2 years. In Jenny’s free time, she enjoys being a girl mom and spending time with friends and family at the lake.
Kari has been supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 8 years. Kari has been a DSP and other administrative roles while in this field and is now going on 2 years as the HGI SLP Coordinator. Kari Grew up on a farm in Iowa with her family and older brother who has Intellectual disabilities, which is one of the many reasons that Kari is so passionate about the field and supporting the people in it. In Kari’s free time, she enjoys reading books, swimming, camping, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Wendy began working in the DD field while attending school for Human Resources in 2016. From then on, she knew that this was the field she was meant to be in. Wendy has always had a love for helping others and enjoyed building healthy relationships while assisting the people she supported to succeed. Wendy worked as a DSP, assistant manager, vocational manager, and has been a wonderful asset as the vocational coordinator at HGI since 2020. In Wendy’s free time she enjoys working in her yard, caring for her granddaughter, and spending time with her family.
Tatiana is originally from Benin, west Africa then moved to Cuba where she attended school and worked at hospital Provincial Ciego de Ávila as a Physician from 2007 to 2015. Tatiana is fluent in more than 3 different languages and has worked in DD services since moving to the United States in 2015. Tatiana Has worked as a Coordinator at HGI Since 2020 and is passionate about the people she supports and finds it rewarding to help others and see them learn and grow in positive environments. In Tatiana’s free time she enjoys being with her children and spending time with her family.
